Returns & Exchanges

At Good To-Go, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
