      We get it. Most gluten-free pastas leave a lot to be desired. This is exactly why we were very selective when choosing a pasta for this dish. We chose to use a brown-rice pasta that has a similar look and feel to traditional wheat-based pastas. But more importantly, it's delicious. Try for yourself and see why so many have fallen in love with this gluten-free and vegan entrée.

      Why is my sauce watery?
      Give it a bit more time, and stir well. Dehydrated marinara sauce can take a little extra time to come back to its full glory. If you notice yours seems a bit watery and not as thick as you'd expect, following these simple steps should do the trick

      X Remove lid from container

      X Add a little more than 2/3 cup (165ML) water to this meal

      X Microwave on high for 1 min 45 secs*

      X Remove from microwave, stir well, cover and let sit for 8 mins

      X Uncover. Stir again. Eat. Smile.

      *Microwave ovens may vary, adjust cook time accordingly

      BOILING WATER METHOD

      X Remove lid from container

      X Add a little more than 2/3 cup (165ML) boiling water to this meal and stir well

      X Cover and let sit for 14 mins
