We get it. Most gluten-free pastas leave a lot to be desired. This is exactly why we were very selective when choosing a pasta for this dish. We chose to use a brown-rice pasta that has a similar look and feel to traditional wheat-based pastas. But more importantly, it's delicious. Why is my sauce watery?
Give it a bit more time, and stir well. Dehydrated marinara sauce can take a little extra time to come back to its full glory. If you notice yours seems a bit watery and not as thick as you'd expect, following these simple steps should do the trick.
